What this site collects

This website is a set of static pages hosted on AWS Amplify. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and shows no advertising. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts a Google server and Google receives your IP address for that request.

If you contact me

This site has no contact form. The buttons open your own mail programme with a subject line and a few questions filled in; you decide what you send. Your message arrives as ordinary email at info@beyondagile.be, and is used for that conversation and any engagement that follows. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within two years. Where an engagement follows, correspondence is kept for as long as Belgian bookkeeping and contractual obligations require.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what personal data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, or ask for a copy. Send an email to info@beyondagile.be and you will have an answer within thirty days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

Client information

Information I see inside a client organisation — documents, backlogs, interviews, findings — is treated as confidential and is not published or reused for other clients. That is also why no client is named on this website.
